Peloton has launched a brand new strength training program from Rebecca Kennedy.
The new program is called “5 Day Express” – and consists of 5 days worth of 20 minute full body strength classes. This program is designed to be taken in one week, and repeated over time to track your progress.
This is a Peloton hypertrophy strength training program, as Rebecca says the focus is on “hypertrophy and explosive power.”

This program is available on both the regular Peloton app, as well as the Peloton Strength+ app. This is the first strength program that has been added to both apps – historically – they have been added to one, or the other.

Here is the official description for “5 Day Express” from Peloton: “Rebecca’s 5 Day Express is a one-week program for those looking for max results in minimal time. Five days of 20-minute full body classes, focusing on hypertrophy and explosive power, two days of rest, then repeat for 6-8 weeks!”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a custom badge just for this program for taking 6 out of the total 6 classes.
How to join the Peloton 5 Day Express Strength program with Rebecca Kennedy
At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the 5 Day Express program, and join the program.

The following is a list of the classes for each week which are part of the program. With the launch of Peloton programs v3.0, these are no longer locked – in other words, you can browse the programs on Peloton hardware or app and take whichever classes you want, on your own schedule. As a reference, you can also find the list of classes in the program below – where you can then bookmark or add it to your stack and take it whenever you want.
