Rebecca Kennedy’s Intermediate 5 Day Split Strength Program on Peloton

Rebecca Kennedy has a new intermediate level 5 day split strength training program that was released on Peloton today. These split strength programs were made to be retaken and repeated in future weeks so that your progress can be tracked.

This is not the only new program today – as Andy Speer has a new 3 day advanced split strength program as well.

Both programs are available to take immediately. Peloton doesn’t appear to be making strength programs exclusive to the Peloton Guide anymore, like they initially were when the guide was first launched.

Peloton has several other split strength training programs available as well. You can find a list and details about all of Peloton’s training programs here.

Below, we’ll cover the full details of Rebecca’s new intermediate 5 day split strength training program, including a list of all the classes involved in the program.

This program was teased to be dropping today earlier this month in a post from Peloton.

Pardon the naivety e but why repeat a muscle group the next day? No rest? Isn’t it because it’s only half a 30-minute workout?
