There is a brand new split strength training program available on Peloton. This is a 3 day split strength program by Rebecca Kennedy.
This is tagged as an intermediate level program, and all 3 workouts are 45 minutes long. Rebecca introduced the program in a post on Instagram, teasing that members are ready “for a new challenge”. As always – you can find full details of the program, including a list of classes, below in our article.
Rebecca went on to remind everyone that “Split training is one of the most effective ways to get strong – both mentally & physically”. She goes on to tease that in the program you will find simple & effective movements paired with heavy weights, while you get dance breaks and laughs along the way.
For those who will be taking the program, Rebecca created a tracker spreadsheet for the program, which you can find here (PDF) or here (Google Spreadsheet).
She shared several tips for those taking the program, including:
- This was designed to be taken 6-8 weeks in a row
- Be sure to take a rest day between each workout
- This was designed for you to use heavy weights. Specifically – “use appropriate weights for each exercise that brings you to near failure for given reps in the allotted time every set in order to stimulate muscle growth”
- She reminds people to breathe & rest during recoveries, and to stay hydrated
- Cardio should be done either after these strength workouts, or on your rest days in between.
The program is designed with a different focus area for each of the 3 days. She shared what muscle groups you would be working each day of the program:
- Day 1 – Upper Body Pull – Back, biceps, core.
- Day 3 – Lower Body – Glutes, hamstrings, quads
- Day 5 – Upper Body Push – Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
This is the second official split strength training program from Rebecca Kennedy. Her first was a 5 day split strength training program that was released last fall. More recently, Rebecca created a unofficial 4 day split strength program as well.

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 1 classes, Silver badge for completing 2 classes, Gold badge for completing 3 classes out of the total 3 classes.
