A new week will become available each week over the next three weeks. We’ll have the complete list of classes in the program in our article below as they get released each week.

This edition of Pump Up The Volume is all full body strength training classes each week.

Pump Up The Volume has seven other collections available, all of which can be accessed via the Collections tab on your app or hardware device. Each collection contains 12 classes designed to be taken over four weeks, taught by various strength instructors. Unlike Peloton’s “programs,” you do not need to take the classes in sequential order to unlock the next class.
