Peloton has released Pump Up The Volume 8, the latest round of one of Peloton’s strength training collections designed to help members progress over time.
Pump Up The Volume 8 features Jess Sims, Matty Maggiacomo, and Selena Samuela. Note that classes are released one week at a time, so only the first week is available now. A new week will become available each week over the next three weeks. We’ll have the complete list of classes in the program in our article below as they get released each week.
This edition of Pump Up The Volume is all full body strength training classes each week.
Pump Up The Volume has seven other collections available, all of which can be accessed via the Collections tab on your app or hardware device. Each collection contains 12 classes designed to be taken over four weeks, taught by various strength instructors. Unlike Peloton’s “programs,” you do not need to take the classes in sequential order to unlock the next class.
Pump Up The Volume first launched in September of 2022 and was originally exclusive to the Peloton Guide – however, the collections are now available for all members, even on launch day like Pump Up The Volume 8.
