New Goals Added To Peloton’s Personalized Plans: Promote Longevity & Boost Cardio Fitness

Peloton has expanded its Personalized Plans feature with two brand new goal options: Promote Longevity and Boost Cardio Fitness.

Since the feature’s broader rollout earlier this year to members in the United States and Canada, Personalized Plans have only offered two goals: Build Strength and Support Weight Goals.

Personalized Workout Plans are part of the company’s growing Peloton IQ experience. Personalized Workout Plans essentially deliver a weekly workout plan based on the member’s personal preferences and past workout history. The feature is designed to help members achieve their fitness goals by creating custom schedules tailored to individual preferences and desired progress. Users can select their goals between the – now four – available options, and the app generates a weekly schedule tailored to those objectives. The plans adjust based on completed workouts and member feedback so that they remain effective and engaging.

Peloton had previously indicated that additional goals were on the way; and this latest update delivers on that promise, broadening the appeal for members focused on overall wellness and endurance, not just strength or weight management.
