Perfect Your Pace Targets Program for Peloton Rowing Classes

Peloton has released a second training program for those getting started with the Peloton Row & rowing classes. Called “Perfect Your Pace Targets”, this program is designed to help you as you become more familiar with the Peloton Row. Specifically, it will help you set your personal pace targets (a unique feature to the Peloton Row), and determine what pace you should be trying to hold in various workouts.

Perfect Your Pace Targets is a three week program, and for most beginners, should be taken after you take the beginner “You Can Row” Program.

The program starts with a 15 minute test, so that you can have some benchmarks. After the three weeks, you’ll take another 15 minute test to see how far you have come. This will also allow you to set your personal pace target levels, so you can use it in the rest of Peloton’s rowing classes.

Here is the official description for “Perfect Your Pace Targets” from Peloton: “Get ready to Perfect Your Pace Targets with this program designed to help you assess your current abilities and get more comfortable holding challenging paces on the Row!”

Peloton’s “Perfect Your Pace Targets” for Peloton Row Program Badges

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 5 classes, Silver badge for completing 7 classes, Gold badge for completing 9 classes out of the total 10 classes.

How to join the Peloton Perfect Your Pace Targets for Peloton Row program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Perfect Your Pace Targets program, and join the program. You can join the Perfect Your Pace Targets on the Peloton website here.
