Peloton Outage Affecting the App & Hardware Devices on October 30, 2023

Peloton appears to be currently experiencing an outage on the app and hardware devices such as the Bike, Tread, Row, and Guide. The outage is impacting the ability to take live and on-demand classes, as well loading profile information or class content. As of publishing time the web browser does not appear to be affected by this outage.

We will share updates regarding this ongoing Peloton outage as they become available on this post.

Update – This seems to be resolved around 4:30pm ET.

The outage reportedly began around 4:05pm ET on October 30, 2023. When trying to view the list of on-demand classes in the library, members are seeing the following message: “There was a problem loading the library.” Members impacted by the issue are also unable to join live/encore classes.
