Peloton is having their second outage in a week.

Members have been reporting issues with getting classes to load in the on-demand library, use the app, or take live classes. So if you find yourself asking “Is Peloton Down” today – it’s not just you.

These reports started around 1:30pm ET, and Peloton created an official incident shortly after.

Peloton posted an update 20 minutes later, stating they were still looking into the issue.

Around 2:50pm, almost 1.5 hours after the outage started, Peloton posted that they might have identified the issue – which was related to a change that had just rolled out.

They said: “We have reverted a change and are seeing a partial recovery. Continuing to monitor the systems.”

In the previous outage a few days ago an issue with a third party service provider was identified as the cause.

Peloton had an outage the same day last year, in an interesting coincidence.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
