Starting in 2026, Peloton will no longer create live classes from Peloton Studios London on Sundays most weeks. Note that this change is not impacting Peloton Studios New York – only Peloton Studios London.
This means that Peloton Studios London will be down to only 4 days a week worth of live classes – Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
A Peloton spokesperson shared the following about the new schedule, saying:
As we work to improve our overall schedule to address Member preferences and explore new ways to enhance our experiences, we will be shifting the focus of our Sunday schedule. Starting January 4th, we are transitioning from holding live, instructor-led classes on Sundays to reimagining the day as a special time for Members to gather, share the space and build connections. Our goal is to create more dedicated opportunities for our amazing community to connect.
A new message on the Peloton Studios London member website hints at this change, saying that: “Starting January 4th, Peloton Studios London is making adjustments to the type of classes offered on Sundays. Please reference the studio schedule and class details for further information.”
With this change, there will only be two days a week members can take in-person classes from London – on Friday & Saturday. Members in London previously had 3 days of member classes as options – but with Sunday no longer being used for live classes at all, members are losing one of their 3 days of member classes.

Even though Peloton Studios London won’t be creating live classes on Sundays anymore – they are leaving the studio space open for members – and the showroom attached will still be open as well. The cafe will be open as well. Peloton hopes that members will still decide to meet at the studio and hold community events on Sundays.
In addition, they are going to allow members to book time slots at the studios on Sundays. This won’t be for live classes – but instead, allowing them to take on-demand strength & yoga classes, with the class playing on the large screen in the studio lobby.
Peloton said:
The new experience on Sundays also provides the option for Members to book a free time slot to take an on-demand mat-based class using the big screen in our foyer. Before and after class Members will be able to purchase refreshments from the cafe and shop the latest Peloton apparel at the store.
There are specific classes listed in the studio booking website for those lobby classes – but they are available for free. Members will just need to book a spot with the studio website. You can see how this looks below on the studio booking website.

This is the second major change being made to the Peloton Live schedule that impacts the London schedule in the past two years. Last July, Peloton announced they would no longer hold live classes on Wednesdays from both PSNY and PSL – but also be closed to live classes on Thursday as well from London.
That change brought Peloton Studios London to only be holding classes 5 days a week. This new changes will see them reduced to only 4 days a week starting in 2026.
The schedule change announcement is being made today, as the first member classes for 2026 are scheduled to open for member bookings later today (at 12:00pm ET). They normally would have been released yesterday, but with that being the Thanksgiving holiday in the US, Peloton delayed the schedule release one day. With the schedule being released, members would have seen no member classes from London being available on Sunday.
This announcement about the schedule change from London comes the day after Peloton announced 3 new yoga instructors are joining Peloton.
