No Live Peloton Classes from December 23, 2023 – January 1, 2024 (Christmas & New Year’s Holidays) – Both Peloton Studios New York & London Closed

Peloton Studios in both New York City and London will be closed for the December holidays of Christmas and New Year’s. New language has been subtly added to the studio FAQ page regarding a “Winter Break Studio Closure,” listing the dates of December 23, 2023 -January 1, 2024.

In addition, Peloton has added a new banner to the home page of the studio booking website, making a more prominent notice about the same dates & closure.

With this closure, Peloton has also gone ahead and opened up studio bookings for Dec 21-22 early. Typically, those would have opened for booking this upcoming Thursday, Nov 23. Instead, Peloton made them available for studio bookings a week early – on Nov 16th.

Just because there will be no live Peloton classes between Christmas & New Year doesn’t mean there will be no new classes at all. Most notably, Peloton typically holds a Top 50 Countdown series in which they count down the top 50 most-loved tracks by members and instructors from the past year.

Peloton has historically closed their studios during this time; they did so in 2022 and made an announcement in November. At first it seemed that the studios were merely closed to in-person participants; however, it turned out that Peloton held no live classes throughout that entire time period – their longest closure in recent memory. The new language added to the studio booking site FAQ page indicates they will do the same in 2023.

We will share more information about Peloton’s full December holiday closure and class content as details become available – but for now members should at least be advised that there will be no in-person class opportunities at PSNY or PSL between December 23, 2023 and January 1, 2024.
