Peloton now has a Spanish-language “Start a Meditation Practice (ES)” program, led by Mariana Fernandez.
This one week program is designed to help people build their meditation routine, and takes only 10 minutes per day.
This program was first released in English with Aditi Shah at the beginning their year, but now Peloton has released this Spanish version, as well as a German version with Nico Sarani.

Here is the official description for “Start a Meditation Practice (ES)” from Peloton: “Join Mariana for this week-long guided meditation program that focuses on building your routine meditation practice. All you need is 10 minutes per day to start your practice!”
Peloton’s “Start a Meditation Practice (ES)” Program Badges in Spanish
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 5 classes, Silver badge for completing 6 classes, Gold badge for completing 7 classes out of the total 7 classes.
How to join the Peloton Start a Meditation Practice (ES) program in Spanish
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Start a Meditation Practice (ES) program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
