Peloton has posted a message in the Official Peloton Member page on Facebook, notifying members that all live classes for Saturday, November 28th 2020 will be cancelled that were scheduled to be recorded from New York:
Members,
We apologize for the short notice but there will be no live classes tomorrow, 11/28, from Peloton Studios New York (PSNY) due to unforeseeable circumstances.
We expect to resume our live production schedule on Sunday, 11/29. In the meantime, you can still take Encore classes, live classes streamed from our London studio, or choose from thousands of classes in our on-demand library.
Thank you for your support and understanding.
This message was posted just before midnight Friday night on the east coast, so was not a planned closure. Earlier in the week, Peloton had been promoting that one of the “Bring The Heat” Gratitude Week classes would be taking place live on Saturday (a live Tread Bootcamp with Jess Sims).
This affects all class types for the day: Running, Bike Bootcamp, Cycling, Tread Bootcamp, Strength, Yoga, etc.
Note that this only affects classes scheduled to take place from the New York City studios. Hannah Frankson, who records from the UK, had a live class scheduled to take place from London at 6:30am ET, and it took place as regularly scheduled.
All of the live classes have been replaced by encore classes on the schedule.
