As of January 1, 2026, Peloton’s referral program is now limited to four referrals per calendar year. This is down from the previous limit of six, which had been in place since 2022 (when it was reduced from 12).
Peloton has updated both their referral program FAQ page to reflect the new limit.
We first shared that these changes were on the way back in October.
As a reminder, the referral reward itself also changed back in October 2025 when the Cross Training hardware launched. Instead of earning a $100 Peloton Apparel gift card, members now receive one free month of All-Access Membership (a $49.99 value in the US following the October 2025 price increase).
The discount for new customers using a referral link varies by product, with larger discounts on higher-end equipment – ranging from $250 off a Cross Training Bike to $600 off a Cross Training Tread+ in the US.
The referral program remains open to active All-Access and Rental Members. App-only users, paused memberships, and members of the same household are not eligible. You can find your personal referral link at account.onepeloton.com/settings/referrals/equipment.
