Peloton instructors Bradley Rose and Jermaine Johnson will take part in the Aberdeen Health & Wellbeing Festival in Scotland on Saturday, January 10, 2026. Peloton is a joint main sponsor of the event.

The festival will take place at the Beach Ballroom in Aberdeen and features a day of speakers, workshops, and exhibitors focused on health and wellness. Both Bradley and Jermaine will participate in panel discussions throughout the day, and Jermaine will also teach two in-person strength classes.

Jermaine will lead two 30-minute bodyweight strength classes in the Star Ballroom at 9:15am and 12:00pm. The class description reads:

“Join Jermaine Johnson on the mat for an energising, full-body workout. No weights, no equipment, just 30 minutes of intentional strength-building movement using the best tool you’ve got – you! JJ offers modifications throughout making this class accessible for all from age 10+.”

Bradley will appear on two panels. First, he will join the “Pillars of Health – Diet, Physical Exercise, Brain Care & Mental Health” panel from 10:45am – 11:30am alongside Professor Alexandra Johnstone (Theme Lead for Nutrition, Obesity and Disease at the Rowett Institute), Dr. Sarah Gregory (Chief Investigator of the IONA cohort study at Scottish Brain Sciences), and Lisa Feldano from Scottish Action for Mental Health (SAMH).

Later in the day, Bradley and Jermaine will appear together for the “Finding Your Rhythm with Peloton” panel from 1:00pm – 1:45pm. According to the festival website, the discussion will focus on “transforming motivation into sustainable, lifelong wellness routines”:

“It’s easy to start a wellness journey, but sometimes without routine, it can be difficult to sustain. Jermaine and Bradley, known for their powerful classes and motivating energy, will share their personal and professional strategies for transforming motivation into sustainable, lifelong wellness routines.”
