Peloton in-person run clubs for January 2026.

In-Person Run Club Events with Peloton in New York (w/ Matt Wilpers) and London (w/ Jermaine Johnson & Marcel Maurer) for January 2026

Peloton’s first monthly in-person run clubs of 2026 will be held later this month in both London and New York City. Both events share the theme “New Year, Start Together” – Peloton is encouraging participants to bring a friend, family member, or colleague who is looking to begin or resume their fitness journey this year.

Jermaine Johnson and Marcel Maurer will lead the first London run club of 2026, which will be on Wednesday, January 21st. The route will be roughly 5K in distance, starting and ending at Peloton Studios London (PSL), with a 3K walking route option also available.

Participants can choose from four pace groups:

  • Group 1 (5K): 25-30 minutes
  • Group 2 (5K): 30-35 minutes
  • Group 3 (5K): Walk + Run
  • Group 4 (3K): Walking

Doors open at 5:00pm, with check-in closing at 6:25pm. The warm-up will begin before departing PSL in waves starting at 6:30pm. The group will finish back at the studio for post-run refreshments. Bag drop will be available.

Matt Wilpers will lead the first NYC run club of 2026, taking members on a 5K walk and run along the West Side Highway on Wednesday, January 28th. The route begins and ends at Peloton Studios New York (PSNY).

Participants can choose from four pace groups:

  • Group 1: Sub 10 min mile
  • Group 2: 10-12 min mile
  • Group 3: Walk + Run
  • Group 4: Walking

Doors open at 5:15pm, with the group departing PSNY at 6:00pm. Bag drop will be available in the locker rooms. Participants should enter through the Plaza Level entrance near Moynihan Train Hall (438 W 33rd St). Since the run takes place after sunset, Peloton advises wearing bright or reflective clothing.

Questions about the NYC event can be directed to studiosny@onepeloton.com. More information can be found via the NYC event page.

Both events are free to attend and open to Peloton members and non-members alike, but registration is required. Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants must have a confirmed registration and signed activity waiver.

In a change from previous run clubs, registration now takes place directly through the Peloton Studios booking website rather than on the event page itself – the “Register” link on the event pages will redirect you to the studio site.

As with all outdoor run club events, both may be subject to change or cancellation due to adverse weather conditions. Peloton will notify registrants of any changes in advance.
