Peloton has launched a new four-day Intermediate Split strength program with Katie Wang, with four 45-minute workouts targeting different muscle groups across the week.
Peloton describes “Katie’s 4 Day Int. Split” as:
“Yes! Four days, four focused workouts. Target different muscle groups each day and build strength with Katie’s new 4-day Split program.”
The program includes Chest & Triceps, Legs & Core, Back & Biceps, and Legs & Shoulders workouts. They are scheduled for Days 1, 2, 4, and 5, giving members recovery days between the first and second halves of the split.
All four classes are 45 minutes long, for a total of three hours of strength work across the four training days.
This is Katie’s first official traditional Split strength program on Peloton. She previously created an unofficial three-day split in 2025, telling members to bookmark three on-demand classes and repeat them weekly for four to six weeks. At the time, Katie said positive feedback could potentially lead to an official program in the future.
Katie also already has a 4 Day Split + Row program, released as part of Peloton’s Split+ lineup. That program combines targeted strength work with rowing, while the new Intermediate Split consists entirely of traditional strength classes.

Peloton announced the new program on social media, writing:
“Y’all ready to get strong with Wang? 👀💪
@katiewongspelledwang’s new 4 Day Split is here. Four days, four focused workouts, and plenty of opportunities to get stronger.”
