Peloton Instructor Jess Sims Teases That She Is Writing a Book

It looks like Peloton instructor Jess Sims may be adding “author” to her growing list of accomplishments.

Jess recently shared an update in her Instagram broadcast channel hinting that she has been doing a lot of writing lately, and that it could be leading to a future book project. Jess recently told followers:

“So I have been doing a lot of writing lately (that I’m hoping to share as a book and also as a small smaller daily or at least weekly situation).”

She went on to reflect on a Muhammad Ali quote that has been resonating with her:

“He said it’s not the mountain ahead of you that you have to climb, it’s the pebble in your shoe. I don’t know if it’s because it’s so visual or what lol, but it really hit me like a ton of bricks.”

Jess used the quote to encourage her community to focus on small, intentional actions rather than being overwhelmed by big-picture goals. She stated:

“You guys know I always talk about the small things that add up to make a huge difference and that can work both negatively and positively… But taking the time to take the pebble out of your shoe is within your control and immediately makes the mountain look smaller.”

This is not the first time Jess has hinted at a potential book. Back in July, she asked her followers if anyone worked in publishing – jokingly “asking for a friend.” She stated:

“Good morning beautiful people! Out of curiosity, does anyone work for any book publishing companies or know anyone who does? Asking for a friend 👀👀👀.”

A number of Peloton instructors have already written and released books. Hannah Corbin and Callie Gullickson are currently launching books, and you can always find a complete list of books by Peloton instructors via our site.

We will share details regarding Jess Sims’ upcoming book as more information is revealed!
