Peloton has shared more details this week about Rebecca Kennedy’s upcoming HiLit+ Training Plan.
Peloton first teased earlier this month that a new “HiLit+” plan would drop on July 6. This new plan comes just six months after the widely popular 4-week HiLit (high intensity, low impact) cross-training program that Rebecca launched in January.

You can find the full details about Rebecca’s original HiLit program here.
While the overall high intensity, low impact cross-training format remains the same, Peloton has now shared what makes the HiLit+ program different from the original HiLit program.
HiLit+ will be a 7-week training program, which will include 6 main weeks with a seventh week specifically to “deload.” All you need for this program are dumbbells and about 60 minutes a day.
The new HiLit+ plan will add a third strength training day and features longer strength workouts as well as weekly jump training.
In addition, the Treadmill walks & hikes have been recorded as outdoor audio classes for the HiLit+ program, rather than being done as Treadmill classes in the original program. But if it’s too hot out (or you just want to take it indoors), Outdoor audio classes can be taken on the Peloton Tread.
Rebecca shared in the video that “Weekly schedules drop every Friday, but don’t worry. We’re going to drop the full seven week overview before we even get started.”
Below is the general weekly class plan that you can expect for HiLit+.
HiLit+ Cross Training Weekly Plan:
- Monday: Strength + Low Impact Cardio
- Tuesday: Outdoor Walk
- Wednesday: Strength + Low Impact Cardio
- Thursday: Pilates + Outdoor Walk
- Friday: Strength + Low Impact Cardio
- Saturday & Sunday: recover

Rebecca shared even more details about the HiLit+ weekly class plan in a social media video, stating,
“Every week you’re going to have three days of strength training focused on hypertrophy followed by a short, low-impact cardio.
On Tuesdays, we’re heading outside for our long power walk, and on Thursdays we have Pilates followed by a short and easy outdoor walk. And then you get the weekend to recover.”
Lastly, Rebecca has an official HiLit+ team that you can join on the Peloton app. Peloton Teams is where you can connect with fellow members and share your progress.
To join Peloton’s HiLit+ Team in the Peloton app, go to the Community button at the bottom of Peloton app. Click the “Teams” tab in the top bar. HiLit+ is under the Official Peloton Teams. Finally, hit “Join.”
HiLit+ starts on July 6. Are you counting yourself in?
