Peloton Sends Free Gifts to Some People Who Ordered Peloton Cross Training Bikes & Devices

Peloton sent surprise gifts at the end of last year to some members who were among the first to order the new Cross Training series of devices.

Some of the gift packages included a Hyperice Hypervolt Go 2 portable percussion massage gun and a Peloton towel.

The gift included a note from Peloton that read:

“We’re so excited you’re one of the first Members to experience the Cross Training series. Because you inspire our innovation, we’re focused on every aspect of your performance – including recovery. We hope this gift helps you come back stronger for whatever’s next. Thank you for being at the heart of our community.”

Thanks to #LeanneFromCO for sharing these images – who had ordered the Peloton Cross Training Bike+. She posted about receiving the package in the Official Peloton Page (OPP), saying “This was an exciting package to receive today!”

Peloton went on to comment on her post as well, stating: “We hope this gift inspires extra recovery! Thanks for being one of the first to try a Cross Training Series product.”

While the vast majority of people who ordered new Cross Training devices did not receive gifts like this, it is not clear at this time what the exactly criteria was for who did receive the gift – other than being one of the first to order.

Peloton has randomly sent out gifts to members for various reasons in the past. This includes gifts to “most active” members during Member Month, gifts for completing challenges like the lululemon Move for You Challenge, and more.

Peloton announced the Cross Training series of devices back in October 2025, which included the Cross Training Bike, Bike+, Tread, Tread+, and Row+.
