Peloton is giving its German-speaking community another chance to bring the leaderboard to life, in person.
Peloton will hold a special day of in-person German language classes at Peloton Studios London (PSL) with live members in-studio on May 16, 2026.
Peloton shared the news via Facebook, calling attention to in-person class booking opportunities with instructors Erik Jäger, Marcel Maurer, and Cliff Dwenger.
Even though the classes are not until May, Peloton is opening the booking significantly earlier than the standard six weeks in advance. Members can try to snag their spots for these in-person classes beginning today, March 4.
Three classes have been added to the Peloton studios booking site. Note that they will not appear if you are just browsing the schedule until you use one the specific links below to make the class visible to you. Once you have used one of the specific links once, it will show up on the regular schedule for you.
The classes are:
- 45 min. Ride – Erik Jäger – 5/16/26 @ 12:00pm [German]
- 45 min. Run – Marcel Maurer – 5/16/26 @ 2:00pm [German]
- 30 min. Strength – Cliff Dwenger – 5/16/26 @ 3:30pm [German]
However, it is important to note that members will not actually be in-studio for Cliff’s class, as the London strength studio is too small to accommodate in-person participants. The class will be streamed to the PSL foyer, where members can take the class with fellow participants.
Cliff’s class will be free, while Erik & Marcel’s class each have the regular £25 fee.
We anticipate there will still be programming taught in English on the studio’s open days in addition to the German classes, but those will likely be added to the studio booking site at the standard five week mark.
All of these classes should air live like normal to those members at home, and then be available on-demand. This is just giving an opportunity for members to take the classes in-person, since there have been less and less German language in-person classes over the years.
In previous years, the company occasionally programmed experiences for German-taught classes, and more recently those in-studio experiences have taken the form of “London Calling” German Member Weekends held at Peloton Studios London. In 2024, Peloton scheduled four of these events – typically single-day gatherings with multiple German-taught classes that bring German members and coaches together in London.
