Chelsea Jackson Roberts is teasing a new one-week program is in the works.
Sharing an image to her Instagram story, Chelsea said she “just finished Day 6 of a very special program I’ve been working on.”
She did not reveal the topic or which app it will land on, but she added a question sticker asking followers, “What do you hope the 7 day program will be?”

This would not be Chelsea’s first week-long program. Peloton released her 7 Days of Breathwork program in the Breathwrk app last month, and she led a 7 Days to Better Sleep meditation program on Peloton in early 2025. Both centered on short daily sessions, with five-minute breathwork practices and 10-minute sleep meditations.
It is not yet clear whether Chelsea’s new program will be available in the Breathwork app (which Peloton acquired last year) or on the main Peloton app.
