New Spring-Themed Peloton Fit Family Classes Released (With Some Added To YouTube)

Peloton has released a new batch of Fit Family classes, themed for spring, with seven new classes dropping last week. There are some classes in both English & German.

Peloton teased the new classes by saying: “Hop into these new classes to kick off Spring.”

Here are the new Peloton Fit Family classes that were released:

• 10 min Fit Family Fun – Jess Sims – 4/3/26 @ 12:00am ET
• 15 min Fit Family Flow – Chelsea Jackson Roberts – 4/3/26 @ 12:00am ET
• 5 min Fit Family Brain Break – Rad Lopez – 4/3/26 @ 12:00am ET
• 10 min Fit Family Fun [German] – Cliff Dwenger – 4/3/26 @ 12:00am ET
• 10 min Fit Family Fun [German] – Cliff Dwenger – 4/3/26 @ 12:00am ET
• 10 min Family Meditation [German] – Mayla Wedekind – 4/3/26 @ 12:00am ET
• 5 min Family Meditation [German] – Mayla Wedekind – 4/3/26 @ 12:00am ET

As with the previous set of Fit Family classes released in February, Peloton has also released a few of the new classes for free on YouTube.

This makes them accessible to everyone, even those without a Peloton subscription – aiming to get families to try the platform who might not otherwise sign up for a free trial.

The free YouTube Peloton Fit Family classes include:

• 10 min Fit Family Fun | Spring Workout -Jess Sims
• 5 min Brain Break | Bug Edition – Rad Lopez
• 10 min Fit Family Fun | Weather Workout – Cliff Dwenger

Fit Family classes are designed for parents and kids to do together, featuring movements and themes that keep younger family members engaged. The classes span multiple formats including movement-based “Fit Family Fun” classes, yoga-style “Fit Family Flow” classes, short meditations, and quick “Brain Break” sessions.

Peloton first introduced fit family classes in 2020.
