Peloton is looking into issues related to taking stacked classes on the web, as well as the Peloton iOS & Android apps.
On the web, users are reporting having issues playing classes that were in their stack. Although the class might not actually play, the class may then still be removed from the stack.
On the Peloton iOS & Android apps, while users are able to take the class, even after finishing the class, it might still remain in their stack and not be removed like normal.
Peloton is still looking into the issue on the web, saying:
Users experienced intermittent failures when starting classes from stacks on web, causing classes to be removed from the user’s stack.
The issue with stacks on the iOS & Android apps appears to be resolved at this point.

Peloton has created an official bug report for this issue.
At this point, these issues do not appear to be impacting people who are taking stacked classes through hardware devices like the Peloton Bikes, Treads, or Row.
