Fall Peloton Strength Benchmark Classes

Peloton is continuing their benchmark strength content for the fall season.

Earlier this week, Peloton announced via Instagram that they will be releasing a new set of Benchmark Strength classes this week – one per day. They said:

Level Up with Benchmark Strength
Kick start your fall with five new Benchmark Strength classes, designed to help you consistently track your progress as you get stronger. Then revisit them again in 6 weeks to see how far you’ve come.

For those unfamiliar, Peloton has been holding benchmark strength classes for a couple of years at this point, but made the content more official earlier this year with a new dedicated collection. There was a set of classes released at the end of May, and now more classes are being released this week.

Benchmark classes are designed to be repeated in order to track progress over time. Members are encouraged to track and record their results from each class so that they can easily gauge progress when the class is repeated.

Five new Peloton strength benchmark classes are slated to be released this week, each with five different instructors. You can view the complete class list below:

Peloton September 2024 Benchmark Strength Classes

  • 20 min. Full Body Strength Benchmark – Jermaine Johnson – 9/9/24 @ 12:00am ET [On Demand]
  • 20 min. Bodyweight Strength – Logan Aldridge – 9/10/24 @ 12:00am ET [On Demand]
  • 20 min. Core Strength Benchmark – Robin Arzón – 9/11/24 @ 12:00am ET [On Demand]
  • 20 min. Upper Body Strength Benchmark – Tunde Oyeneyin – 9/12/24 @ 12:00am ET [On Demand]
  • 20 min. Lower Body Strength Benchmark – Andy Speer – 9/13/24 @ 12:00am ET [On Demand]

As these new classes take place they will be added to the Benchmark Strength Collection, where you can also find the classes from May. Note that there are also benchmark classes not included in that collection; you can read more in our article from earlier this year.
