Erik Jager’s Intermediate 4 Day Split Strength Program (in German) on Peloton

Peloton’s latest split strength training program is here, and this time it is a German language program taught by Erik Jager.

Erik Jager now has an intermediate level 4 day split strength program – the first 4 day split program available in German on the platform. These programs are designed to be repeated so you can track and view your progress over time.

The program teases that it is “built on heavy lifts and targeted muscle work to maximize your workouts.”

This is Erik’s 3rd split strength program. He also has a 5 day split and a 3 day split.

Here is the official description for “Erik’s Int. 4 Day Split” from Peloton: “Maximize your workouts by Split training with Erik! Increase strength & build muscle in this 1-week program by using heavier weight and targeting specific areas of the body in each workout. Repeat and track your progress!”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a custom badge just for this program for taking 3 out of the total 4 classes.

How to join the Peloton Erik Jager’s Intermediate 4 Day Split program

At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the Erik’s Int. 4 Day Split program, and join the program.

With the launch of Peloton programs v3.0, these are no longer locked – in other words, you can browse the programs on Peloton hardware or app and take whichever classes you want, on your own schedule.
