Camila Ramon has shared another unofficial 3-day split strength program.
All of the classes in this program are in Spanish, and the program is designed to be repeated for a few weeks so progress can be tracked over time.
While the focus of the split is on the 3 main days of strength training, Camila also shared some options to combine it with cardio workouts as well during the week.

The classes were recorded between October & November 2025.
List of classes in Camila Ramon’s 3-Day Split Strength Program in Spanish (Unofficial)
- Day 1 Class 1 – 20 min Rising Latin Full Body Strength – Camila Ramon – 10/13/25 @ 12:00am ET
- Day 1 Class 2 – 10 min Core Strength – Camila Ramon – 11/25/25 @ 12:00am ET
- Day 2 – Cardio
- Day 3 – 30 min Glutes & Legs Strength – Camila Ramon – 10/28/25 @ 12:00am ET
- Day 4 – Class 1 – Cardio
- Day 4 Class 2 – 5 min Core Strength – Camila Ramon – 10/28/25 @ 12:00am ET
- Day 5 – 30 min Full Body Strength – Camila Ramon – 11/25/25 @ 12:00am ET
- Day 6 – Recovery (Stretch or Yoga)
- Day 7 – Rest
This is Camila’s third unofficial split strength program – all of which are in Spanish. There was another 3 day split released this summer, and another split program released this fall. As of yet, Camila does not have an official split strength program.
