It appears that Peloton instructor Callie Gullickson is writing a book that builds on her passion for mocktails.
Update – Callie’s book is scheduled to be released on December 9th and is available for preorder.
A book agent recently shared that she was repping a “Callie Gullickson” – and had sold the rights for a book to be published in Fall 2024. This same book agent is repping another Peloton instructor on their book – indicating it is most likely Peloton’s Callie Gullickson who the book deal was completed for.
Callie Gullickon’s book is called “Mocktail Hour” according to the data. This suggests that the work is a mocktail recipe book, which should come as no surprise to those who follow Callie on social media; she frequently posts mocktail recipes on her accounts.
In addition, Callie also recently launched her own website. She shared the news via Instagram after teasing an announcement earlier in the week:
MY WEBSITE IS LIVE! Calliebyoe.co
Check it out in my bio!
I wanted to create a Callie HUB for all things wellness, mocktails, links etc for all the BYOE-ers out there! This is the first step in some very exciting things down the road. Some of you had some very good guesses on my post yesterday.

There is a section specifically dedicated to her mocktail recipes and photos on the new website, which can be found at: https://calliegullickson.co/.

Callie has also recently shared that she plans to be back teaching at Peloton this September, following her maternity leave.
Callie is one of numerous instructors currently working on an upcoming book. We recently shared that Hannah Corbin will release a book related to stretching; in addition, Matty Maggiacomo and Christine D’Ercole previously indicated that they are currently writing books.

The list of Peloton instructor authors has become quite lengthy; we have a complete list of Peloton instructor books available via our site. The most recent instructor to release a book is Susie Chan; her book, Trails and Tribulations: The Running Adventures of Susie Chan.
As always, we will share additional details on Callie’s upcoming mocktail recipe book as new information becomes available. In the meantime, you can check out her mocktail recipes via her new website.
