Binds Program by Nico Sarani (Discover Yoga Week 4 on Peloton)

Peloton has released Week 4 of their Discover Yoga collection. This is a “Binds” program, led by Nico Sarani

Nico Sarani’s Binds program on Peloton is described as:

Week 4 with Nico teaches you to bind: learn how to do them and the modifications that can help you get there.

One important thing to note about this program is that it is actually found in the collections area of the Peloton app. This means there are no badges, and you don’t have to officially opt into the program.

Peloton first announced their Discover Yoga programs in early September, and it will end up being 9 different week long programs. Each week will be led by a different instructor.

Day 115 min Foundations: Binds – Nico Sarani – 10/7/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 220 min Standing Binds – Nico Sarani – 10/7/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 320 min Balancing Binds – Nico Sarani – 10/7/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 415 min Seated Binds – Nico Sarani – 10/7/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 530 min Binds Flow – Nico Sarani – 10/7/24 @ 12:00am ET

Class Descriptions for Peloton’s “Nico Sarani’s Binds” Program

Day 1 – In this 15 minute class, Nico introduces the foundations of binds.

Day 2 – In this 20 minute class, Nico focuses on standing binds.

Day 3 – In this 20 minute class, Nico focuses on binds done while balancing.

Day 4 – In this 15 minute class, Nico focuses on seated binds.

Day 5 – In the final class this week, Nico flows through the various postures with binds learned throughout the week.
