The first edition of Ben’s “The Stronger You” program was released approximately one year ago on January 9, 2023 and started out exclusive to the Peloton Guide before being released to all members on February 27.

Note that Peloton has since done away with Guide exclusivity, so all members can expect to have access to Ben’s new program on January 19. The program focused on building strength and stamina across the full body.

The Stronger You 2 will be housed within the “programs” tab – meaning that the classes have to be taken in sequential order and within the specified timeframe. However, we will publish the complete list of classes once they become available for those who want to take the program at their own pace.

This will be the second strength training program released in 2024; earlier this month Matty Maggiacomo released a beginner level 5 day split strength program.

We will share the full details about the second edition of Ben’s “The Stronger You” program upon its official launch. If you’re looking for another program to take in the meantime, you can check out our programs page for a list and overview of all available Peloton training programs.
