Ben Alldis’ 4-Day Split + Ride Split Strength Training Program (Bike Bootcamps) on Peloton

Ben Alldis has a new 4-day “Split + Ride” training program.

This is a bike-bootcamp style of Peloton’s split strength training program. This program will consist of 4 different bike bootcamp classes – with each day focusing on a different body area for the strength portions, followed by a segment of riding on the bike.

This new program is also the debut of Ben Alldis teaching Bike bootcamp classes.

Ben has two traditional split strength training programs as well – a intermediate 3 day split strength program and a intermediate 5 day split strength program.

A German language 4 day Split + Ride program taught by Cliff Dwenger is also available, along with other new Split+ programs across other modalities.

Ben Alldis’ 4-Day “Split + Ride” Program Description

Here is the official description for “Split + Ride” from Peloton: “Maximize your workouts by Split training with Ben. Build muscle and increase your aerobic capacity by targeting specific areas of the body and ending each workout in a cardio finisher. Repeat and track your progress.”

Ben Alldis’ 4-Day “Split + Ride” Program Badges

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 2 classes, Silver badge for completing 3 classes, Gold badge for completing 4 classes out of the total 4 classes.

How to join the Ben Alldis’ Split + Ride bike bootcamp program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Ben Alldis Split + Ride program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.

    Is it possible to use the Guide and Bike with these new programs?

    I am doing the Ben new split on the Guide but when I want to turn it off mid prog to move to the bike cardio it doesn’t synch . I expected to see ‘resume’ class but it doesn’t so I can’t complete the cardio portion. What am I doing wrong? Thanks .
