New Peloton Beginner Pilates Program with Kristin McGee

Peloton has announced their newest strength training program today. It is called Beginner Pilates and is a new 1-week Pilates program taught by Kristin McGee.

The program has 7 Peloton Pilates classes, and is a week’s worth of beginner Pilates classes designed to help Peloton members start Pilates.

The program was teased last week in an email to some members, and has now been officially released.

Peloton’s “Beginner Pilates with Kristin” Program Description

Here is the official description for “Beginner Pilates with Kristin” from Peloton: “Join Kristin for a week of introductory classes, all designed to help start your Pilates journey. Each class will focus on a core Pilates principle and will build step by step toward a more confident practice.”

Peloton’s “Beginner Pilates with Kristin” Program Badges

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 3 classes, Silver badge for completing 5 classes, Gold badge for completing 6 classes out of the total 7 classes.

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Beginner Pilates with Kristin program, and join the program. You can join the program online here.

The following is a list of the classes for each week which are part of the program. Note that as part of Peloton’s relaunch of programs, these classes are “locked” and only available as you progress through the program. However, you can click any class name in the list below to find it, where you can then bookmark or add it to your stack and take it now if you want.
