Peloton has created their “Annual 2026” Challenge – a year-long challenge that encourages members to see how many minutes they can work out through the course of the year.
Through this challenge, participants can earn badges for how many minutes they work out. There are badges starting at 1,000 minutes, and it currently maxes out at 20,000 minutes.
The tiers & badges for the Annual Challenge in 2026 are the same as last year, which are:
- 1,000
- 2,000
- 3,000
- 4,000
- 5,000
- 6,000
- 7,000
- 8,000
- 9,000
- 10,000
- 15,000
- 20,000
This is the 7th year Peloton has run the “Annual” challenge.
As a reminder – we also have a annual challenge calculator to help you figure out how many minutes you need to work out per day to hit your goal, and to help make adjustments throughout the year. At this time, it is still set up for the 2025 annual challenge, but at the start of the new year we will update it for the 2026 challenge.
We also have a Peloton instructor challenge to try out every instructor in 2026 (which also will be updated for 2026 shortly).

The official Peloton Annual 2026 challenge starts on January 1, 2026 and runs through December 31, 2026. The official description reads:
A year-long challenge that helps you build habits for success. You’ll gain the discipline and consistency to create and maintain an active lifestyle. Take any class on the Bike, Tread or Peloton App to have your minutes count toward the challenge. Let’s put in the time together for 2026.
Note that even though the description at this time does not specify the Peloton Row or Peloton Guide, workouts on the Guide, Row & Row+ do count as well.
The challenge can be found and joined on Peloton Bikes, Treads, Rows, Guide, the Peloton app, or on the web here.
Peloton is also doing a 100 day challenge to start the New Year, which is a challenge to work out every day (minutes don’t matter) for the first 100 days of the year to earn a badge.
As always, you can also find a list of Peloton badges on our site as well.
