Peloton Studios London’s next Run Club will celebrate World Mental Health Day with Jon Hosking on Wednesday, October 7.
The free event includes a roughly 5K run and Walk + Run route, along with a separate 3K walking option, all beginning and ending at Peloton Studios London.
It is open to both Peloton members and non-members, although registration is required and spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Peloton describes the event by saying:
“Get ready to run, walk, and celebrate World Mental Health Day! Join Peloton and Instructor Jon Hosking for a community run dedicated to the power of movement, mindfulness, and connection.
Uplifting tunes and supportive energy will set the pace and keep the vibes high throughout the evening. Bring your smiles and community spirit as we bring the feel-good energy to the streets of London! We’ll finish back at the studio with some delicious post-workout treats.”
Four pace groups will be available:
- Group 1 (5K): 25-30 minutes
- Group 2 (5K): 30-35 minutes
- Group 3 (5K): Walk + Run
- Group 4 (3K): Walking
Peloton says runners and walkers of all levels are welcome.

Doors at Peloton Studios London open at 5:00pm BST, with check-in closing at 6:25pm. A group warm-up begins at 6:30pm before runners and walkers depart the studio in waves starting at 6:35pm.
Bag drop and lockers will be available, although the shower facilities will be closed. Participants will return to PSL after the run for post-workout treats.
Attendees will also receive a 20% discount at the Peloton Studios London Store next door at 12 Floral Street. Some exclusions apply.
World Mental Health Day itself takes place three days later on Saturday, October 10.
The October 7 event comes just one week after Jeffrey McEachern leads Peloton Studios London’s Latin & Hispanic Heritage Month Run Club on September 30.
Becs Gentry will also lead a free three-mile group run in New York City on October 10 as part of Project Healthy Minds’ World Mental Health Day Festival. That event is organized by Project Healthy Minds rather than Peloton.
Mental health has also been a recurring focus in Peloton’s class programming.
Peloton released a new set of Mental Health Awareness Month classes in May, with the 2026 theme “Connecting Body and Mind,” and Peloton has a full collection of mental health-focused classes in the on-demand library.
Jon has also previously led a themed PSL Run Club this year, when he hosted a South Asian Heritage Month community run and walk in July.
Anyone interested in attending can register through Peloton’s event page here. Spots are complimentary and limited to one per person.
