Peloton is rolling out another round of seasonal changes to its live class schedule, with many instructors moving to new regular days and times.
Peloton is also starting to schedule more live classes to begin at :15 and :45 past the hour.
The majority of live classes have traditionally started on the hour or half hour, such as 7:00am or 7:30am. Quarter-hour start times are not completely new, but they are becoming more common as the latest schedule changes roll out.
Peloton has not announced a specific reason for the increase in :15 and :45 starts. However, moving away from only :00 and :30 gives Peloton more flexibility in how classes of different lengths fit together across the studio schedule.
Peloton typically refreshes instructors’ regular live schedules a few times throughout the year. That can mean an instructor moving to a different day, teaching earlier or later, gaining an additional recurring slot, or having a particular class format move to another part of the week.
Not every instructor or regular class time changes at once, and vacations, substitutions, special programming, and other one-off changes can make it difficult to immediately tell which new slots will become permanent. It generally takes a few weeks for the new recurring schedule patterns to become clear.

One change Peloton has previously announced is a new regular schedule for live Bike Bootcamp classes. Beginning September 29, Bike Bootcamp moved from Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00am ET to Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:30am ET.
The frequency remains at two classes per week, but both the time and one of the regular days are changing.
Peloton’s fall 2025 schedule changes moved regular instructor slots and included an expansion of later evening classes, with recurring 8:30pm ET rides added on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The spring 2025 refresh similarly shifted a number of instructor schedules, gave some coaches additional weekly classes, and brought more evening Row and Row Bootcamp workouts back to the schedule.
Peloton has previously explained that rotating schedules can give instructors different days or times off while also allowing members who can only work out during a particular part of the day to occasionally take live classes with a different group of instructors.
The latest changes appear to follow that same seasonal pattern, with the addition of more quarter-hour start times as another difference.
Members who regularly take the same live classes each week may want to double-check the upcoming schedule rather than assuming their usual instructor will still be in the same slot.
What do you think of the latest Peloton schedule changes and the increase in :15 and :45 class start times?
