Jess King’s Power Zone Class Schedule Officially Confirmed: At Least One New Class Every Month

Peloton has confirmed Jess King’s addition to the Power Zone roster and shared how often she will teach the format.

We first shared that Jess King was set to teach Power Zone classes earlier this month, when a single class turned up on the schedule with no official word from Peloton. That class, a 45 minute Power Zone Endurance Ride, airs this Thursday, July 16.

Peloton has now outlined what her Power Zone schedule will look like going forward:

  • Monthly Drops: one brand new Jess King Power Zone class every month.
  • Live & On-Demand: some classes will air live, with ongoing on-demand releases.
  • Bonus Rides: surprise sub slots and extra class drops along the way.

So members should expect roughly one new class a month, with a chance of a few extra sprinkled in.

Peloton is framing the addition as “Sweat Steady Mindset Meets PZ Precision,” tying her signature Sweat Steady format to Power Zone training.

Jess spoke about her approach to the format:

“I am beyond thrilled to join the Power Zone roster and bring the magic and grit of Sweat Steady along with me! We are taking that deep, transformative mindset you know and love, and marrying it with precision coaching. Yes, we’re going to lock into those numbers and explore your zones—but we’re also going to connect deeper to ourselves and one another. By meeting at the intersection of our movement and the music, we’ll use that synergy to elevate and actually enjoy the efficiency of Power Zone training. Let’s redefine what it means to power through. I’ll see you on the leaderboard.”

A second live power zone class from Jess King is already on the schedule. Jess is set to teach a 30 minute Power Zone EDM Ride on Thursday, August 13 at 5:30pm ET, with members in studio.

You can find both of her currently scheduled Power Zone classes below:

  • 45 min. Power Zone Endurance Ride – Jess King – 7/16/26 @ 5:30pm ET
  • 30 min. Power Zone EDM Ride – Jess King – 8/13/26 @ 5:30pm ET

Just because Jess talks about bringing grit of Sweat Steady to power zone doesn’t mean the end of regular Sweat Steady classes. Jess has a regular Sweat Steady ride on the schedule for Friday, July 24th.
