Peloton Hosting a “Managing Menopause” Day of Events in London with Susie Chan & Dr. Juliet McGrattan on June 28

Peloton Studios London is hosting “Managing Menopause,” a free day of education, movement, and connection, on Sunday, June 28.

The day brings the Peloton community together to break the stigma around menopause and share science-backed ways to thrive, built around a fireside chat with Peloton instructor Susie Chan and Dr. Juliet McGrattan and bookended by movement.

Here is the schedule of events:

  • 9:30am – 5K Run Club with Susie Chan and Dr. Juliet McGrattan
  • 9:30am – Foyer Class (encore-streamed Bodyweight + Core Strength)
  • 11:00am – Managing Menopause Fireside Chat and Q&A with Susie Chan and Dr. Juliet McGrattan
  • 1:00pm – Foyer Class (encore-streamed Bodyweight + Core Strength)
  • 2:00pm – Foyer Class (encore-streamed Bodyweight + Core Strength)

The centerpiece fireside chat will see Susie Chan and Dr. Juliet McGrattan discuss the benefits of movement and nutrition through menopause, followed by an audience Q&A. Juliet’s book, “The Runner’s Guide to Menopause,” will be available for purchase. Dr. Juliet McGrattan is a former GP and the author of “The Runner’s Guide to Menopause,” and serves as the Women’s Health Lead at 261 Fearless.

The day opens with a community-led 5K run through the streets of London with Susie Chan and Dr. Juliet McGrattan. The foyer classes are complimentary encore-streamed Bodyweight and Core Strength classes pulled from Peloton’s Menopause Health Collection, with instructor Mila Lazar and an in-person Trainer on hand to give real-time, personal form adjustments.

The event is part of Peloton’s expanding menopause programming, which launched last fall through its partnership with Halle Berry’s Respin Health.

The event is free and open to both Members and non-Members. Tickets are complimentary and limited to one per person on a first-come, first-served basis, and you must register separately for each session you’d like to attend. You can RSVP via the event page.
