Earlier this month, Peloton launched a new German language training program.
The one week program is called “Discover Pilates”, and is taught my Mila Lazar.
There is a 5 minute intro class, and then the class builds in length throughout the week, with 30 minute, 45 minute, and 60 minute Pilate classes.

In a post announcing the program, Peloton described it as “Take your pilates to the next level with Mila’s program: Discover Pilates (DE)”

Peloton’s “Discover Pilates with Mila Lazar” Program Badges
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 2 classes, Silver badge for completing 3 classes, Gold badge for completing 4 classes out of the total 4 classes.
How to join the Peloton Discover Pilates with Mila Lazar program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Discover Pilates with Mila program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
