Peloton Partners With Netflix for a Stranger Things x Peloton Lanebreak Level

Just in time for Halloween season, Peloton members can immerse themselves in the world of Netflix’s hit show Stranger Things right from their Peloton device.

Update – Peloton has now said that members will have access to the Stranger Things Lanebreak level from October 30 – November 30.

Peloton and Netflix announced today that a limited-edition Stranger Things-themed Lanebreak level is coming soon (later this month). Members will be able to transport themselves to Hawkins, Indiana in this special 20 minute Lanebreak level as you exercise to a 5-song Stranger Things soundtrack mixed by Peloton’s own DJ John Michael.

The Stranger Things Lanebreak level on Peloton will be available to take on the Bike, Bike+, Tread, and Tread+. It is not known yet exactly what day it will be available for members to take, just that it will launch “later this month” – and be available “for a limited time.”

Jim Green, Peloton’s Group Product Manager, shared:

“We’re always looking for new ways to make fitness fun and engaging, and this collaboration with Netflix is the perfect example of that. By combining the thrill of the series with the excitement of Lanebreak, we’re giving our Members a unique way to immerse themselves in their workouts, while staying motivated.”

In addition to its music, the Stranger Things Lanebreak levels will feature the show’s color palettes and visuals such as Demogorgon heads, walkie-talkies, and Eddie’s guitar. A sneak peak of the Bike Lanebreak level is below:

Over time, Peloton has continued to add more entertainment options to their offerings in addition to traditional instructor led classes. Recent additons along these lines have seen Amazon Kindle via Entertainment and the Just Guidance feature.

Even though the Stranger Things Lanebreak level will only be available for a limited time, you can still work out while you watch the show itself on Netflix right from your Peloton device under the Entertainment tab.
