New Peloton 4-week Strength Program with Camila Ramon in Spanish launching Tuesday: Dale Duro

Camila Ramon has a new program launching on Peloton on Tuesday, October 15th.

The new “Dale Duro” program will be a 4-week Spanish language strength (and cardio?) program, led by Camila Ramon.

A new post on PelotonStudios shared that this program will serve as Camila’s strength class debut. The post says:

The surprise that we have all been waiting for…. Camila is making her strength debut with her new program in Spanish, Dale Duro! Are you ready to give it your all? 🔥

On demand Tue, Oct 15 @ 10 AM ET | 3 PM BST 👏🏼

Camila had shared earlier this month she would start teaching strength classes – and hinted to keep an eye out for the week of October 14th.

In the video, Camila teases that this will be a progressive training program. She described the Dale Duro program as:

4 weeks to go in on commitment and give yourself permission to do things your way.
Of course while keeping the vibes intact cause that’s how you come back.
Circuits designed for progressive programming for people with limited access to weights in mind.
Because getting strong and vibing out is for everybody.

The name of the program, Dale Duro, translates to “Hit It Hard”. Camila said on social media that the program should have English language subtitles.
