Twists with Kristin McGee (Discover Yoga Week 3 on Peloton)

Peloton has released Week 3 of their Discover Yoga collection. This is a “Twists” program, led by Kristin McGee

Kristin McGee’s Twists program on Peloton is described as:

Join Kristin in week 3 where we explore all variations of twists. .

These are the first new classes from Kristin McGee since she left the company over the summer. These classes were mostly likely recorded prior to her departure. However, Kristin has also recently discussed how she is open to returning as a guest instructor..

One important thing to note about this program is that it is actually found in the collections area of the Peloton app. This means there are no badges, and you don’t have to officially opt into the program.

Peloton first announced their Discover Yoga programs in early September, and it will end up being 9 different week long programs. Each week will be led by a different instructor.

Day 110 min Foundations: Twists – Kristin McGee – 9/30/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 220 min Open Twists – Kristin McGee – 9/30/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 320 min Closed Twists – Kristin McGee – 9/30/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 410 min Supine & Prone Twists – Kristin McGee – 9/30/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 530 min Twisting Flow – Kristin McGee – 9/30/24 @ 12:00am ET

Class Descriptions for Peloton’s “Kristin McGee’s Twists” Program

Day 1 – In this 10 minute class, Kristin introduces the foundations of twists.

Day 2 – In this 20 minute class, Kristin focuses on open twists.

Day 3 – In this 20 minute class, Kristin focuses on closed twists.

Day 4 – In this 10 minute class, Kristin focuses on supine and prone twists.

Day 5 – In the final class this week, Kristin flows through the various twisting postures learned throughout the week.
