There is an issue with the Peloton Studios booking website (which is used for booking in-person classes in New York & London). This issue began in the afternoon on Monday, September 30, 2024.
Those trying to access the site are presented with a blank screen, with no information on message.
Update – This was fixed around 4:30pm ET.
Peloton has now made a incident report for the issue, titled “Studio Reservation Site Not Loading”.
The latest update, posted at 2:35pm ET said:
We are currently investigating this issue.
This is impacting both the PSNY and PSL versions of the website.
This will unfortunately most likely cause some members to lose out on getting spots off the waitlist. There is now a 2 hour window people have to claim spots off the waitlist to get into a class. For those who got an email that they had a spot they could book off a waitlist just before the website goes down – they may lose out on their opportunity depending on how long the studio booking website stays down.
This is the second issue related to booking classes in the past few days. At the end of last week, there was an issue that was impacting people’s ability to book classes or sign up for waitlist spots – although the entire website was not down while that issue was occurring.
