Ben Alldis “The Stronger You 2” Strength Training Program on Peloton

Peloton has released a brand new strength training program. The 4 week program is taught by Ben Alldis, and is called “The Stronger You 2”.

This is a follow-up to Ben’s “The Stronger You” program, which was released just over a year ago.

Ben Alldis’ The Stronger You 2 program is “designed to elevate your full body strength to exponential heights”

The promotion for this program teased it was the second in the series, indicating we could see a third down the road as well.

The program is designed so that you workout four days a week – with each day having a main workout, and a dedicated stretch, for a total of 8 classes a week. The first, and last class, of the program will be benchmarks, so you can measure your progress and see how far you have come.

Note that the program is available to all members – there is no Peloton Guide exclusive window.

Peloton teased this program was coming earlier this week.

Here is the official description for “The Stronger You 2” from Peloton: “Unlock a whole new level in The Stronger You 2! Time to elevate and take your weights, reps and confidence to exponential heights with this four-week program. Your journey continues in becoming the strongest version of you!”

Peloton’s “The Stronger You 2” Program Badges

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 16 classes, Silver badge for completing 24 classes, Gold badge for completing 29 classes out of the total 32 classes.

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the The Stronger You 2 program, and join the program. You can join via the web here.
