Peloton instructor Adrian Williams has a new strength program on the way. A lower body-focused program (glutes & legs) will arrive on December 18, 2023.
Update – The new program Glutes & Legs Strength (Power & Performance) with Adrian Williams is now available.
Peloton shared the news via the monthly “Workouts to Watch” email sent to members:
Join Adrian for 4 weeks of glutes and legs strength training. Hit 2-3 classes a week and track your gains. Find it under Programs on 12/18 and trackable on Peloton Guide.

According to the email the program will be specifically focused on the lower body and designed to be taken over the course of four weeks, with a commitment of two or three classes each week.
This will be Adrian’s second strength training program. He also has an advanced 5 day split program that was released in 2022.
The program will become available on Monday, December 18, 2023 for all members. For a time, Peloton was releasing new strength training programs exclusively to the Peloton Guide before making them accessible to all members; however, as of late, new programs have not been Guide-exclusive upon launch. The tease does mention that it will be compatible with the Peloton’s Guide rep tracking features, for those who do take it on a Guide.
Adrian’s new strength program will be housed within the “programs” tab – meaning that the classes have to be taken in sequential order and within the specified timeframe. However, we will publish the complete list of classes once they become available.
We will share the full details about Adrian’s new glutes and legs program upon its official launch. If you’re looking for another program to take in the meantime, be sure to check out our programs page, which contains a list and overview of all available Peloton training programs.
