Peloton’s “Dein Core – Deine Power (DE)” Program with Assal Arian (Your Core – Your Power)

Earlier this month, Peloton released a new 1-week strength program called “Dein Core – Deine Power” with Assal Arian. This translates to “Your Core – Your Power”

The program is teased as helping people “build strength from the inside out.” It aims to improve posture, build a stronger core, and create more stability & control.

The 1-week program, which has 4 days of workouts, is taught in German. It is available in the main Peloton app (this is not a Strength+ app program).

Here is the official description for “Dein Core – Deine Power (DE)” from Peloton: “This 7-day core program with Assal specifically strengthens your core muscles for greater stability, strength, and control. In these classes, you’ll improve your posture, performance, and core strength.”

How to join the Peloton Dein Core – Deine Power (DE) program with Assal Arian

At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the Dein Core – Deine Power (DE) program, and join the program.
