Peloton has launched a brand new "You Can Run Program" - which consists of 2 classes a week for 8 weeks, for a total of 16 classes on the Peloton Tread. It leads you from short periods of running at the beginning to a full 30 minute run by the end of the 8 week program. Here is the official description for "You Can Run" from Peloton: "In this program, learn the essential tips and tricks to really enjoying running. Over 8 weeks of training, you'll build your foundation & technique until you can easily cruise through 30 minutes of sustained running!"
Peloton's "You Can Run" Program Badges
It wouldn't be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 8 classes, Silver badge for completing 11 classes, Gold badge for completing 14 classes out of the total 16 classes.

How to join the Peloton You Can Run program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, or Peloton Digital app. They are not available through Peloton's website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the You Can Run program, and join the program.
