A long-requested Peloton feature has arrived: Peloton has split the warm up/cool down filter into two separate filters.
We shared yesterday that Peloton was experiencing an issue with the warm up/cool down filter in that only warm ups were appearing – making it seem as though there were no cool down classes available. We speculated that the issue could be due to Peloton working to split out the filter into two separate filters, and that is exactly what happened.
There are now two separate filters: one for warm ups, and one for cool downs. This means that instead of needing to view all warm ups and cool downs at once – which can be a bit overwhelming depending on the modality – members can search specifically for warm ups or cool downs.
As of publishing time, the separate warm up and cool down filters appear to be in place for runs, walks, and cycling content. At this time, rowing and outdoor content does not have split warm up and cool down filters – but we anticipate they might in the future.
Will having the ability to filter for solely warm ups or cool downs be helpful to you as you plan your workouts?
