In a recognition of her influence and impact, Peloton instructor Tunde Oyeneyin has been named to the 2024 BET Culture Class.
Tunde shared the news via Instagram:
I’m so grateful to be honored this year by BET and inducted into their first ever CultureClass‼️
Celebrating Black excellence, the 2024 Culture Class is a group of individuals from different entertainment and media sectors including wellness, culinary, sports, music, comedy, acting, and more – the 2024 #BETCultureClass members have made an impact in culture, and I’m proud to be included 🙏🏿
Stay tuned and catch us as we head out to the road the #BETAwards. There will be events all week leading up to Culture’s Biggest Night on June 30th 8/7c.

BET shared the full list of the 2024 Culture Class via X (formerly Twitter), and those recognized alongside Tunde include Speedy Morman, Rapsody, Deandre Brown, Lynae Vanee, Pretty Vee, Vic Mensa, Flau’Jae, Kimmy’s Kreations, and Bryon Javar.

The BET Culture Class highlights individuals who have made notable contributions to culture and society with their creativity, innovation, and leadership. Tunde’s inclusion underscores her multifaceted influence beyond her fitness community in Peloton, and is a celebration of her contributions to wellness, empowerment, and advocacy.
Tunde will be honored alongside her fellow awardees at the 2024 BET Awards, which will take place on Sunday, June 30 at 8:00pm ET. The awards will take place in Los Angeles, California, and will air live on BET.
