Two-for-One Tread Bootcamp with Andy & Katie, Long Yoga Flow with Mariana, Progressive Push with Hannah F., and More for This Week at Peloton (September 8 – 14, 2025)

Peloton has shared its featured classes for the week of September 8 through 14, 2025.

First up, Mariana Fernández had a live 60 minute “Long Flow” Yoga class on Monday, September 8 at 7:30 AM ET.

The class is now available to take on demand here.

On Tuesday, September 9 at 9 AM ET, hop on your Peloton Tread for a live 30 minute HIIT Tread Bootcamp two-for-one taught by Andy Speer and row and strength instructor Katie Wang! Katie does not normally teach Tread classes – it is not clear yet if this is a one-off guest appearance, or the start of regular Tread / bootcamp classes for Katie.

Both instructors shared about the upcoming class on Instagram as well. Katie shared in her caption:

“Kick off” (that’s a hint 😏) your day with us during our first 30min HIIT Tread Bootcamp 2:1 tomorrow 9/9 at 9am EST!
Tune in on the @onepeloton app for a fun workout and some more surprises! 🤫😜

If you’re looking for a cycling class to take this week, on Wednesday, September 10 a 45 minute Progressive Push Ride from Hannah Frankson will be available to take on demand at 12 AM ET.

Progressive Push Rides launched in May of this year. This ride type is an endurance-focused, low-impact ride that starts steady and builds to a strong finish using progressive intervals. Intervals can be based on time, cadence, or resistance.

Finally, a new 10 minute Core Strength with Olivia Amato will drop on demand Friday, September 12 at 12 AM ET.
