Peloton is once again helping runners gear up for race day with a community shakeout run, this time ahead of the Berlin Marathon.
The event will be led by German instructors Marcel Maurer and Jeffrey McEachern and takes place on Saturday, September 20 at 8:00am. The Berlin Marathon is scheduled for Sunday, September 21.
A new webpage is available with more information and the opportunity to register. This event is being held in partnership with 261 Fearless, a global nonprofit that harnesses the power of running to bring women together and empower them through educational programs.
The shakeout will cover a relaxed 5K route through the streets and parks of Berlin, designed to serve as a conversational warm-up before marathon day. Runners of all levels are welcome, and pacers will be on hand to support participants throughout.
The group will meet at The Social Hub Berlin, where check-in begins at 8:00 a.m. The run will start promptly at 8:30 a.m. and wrap up by 10:00 a.m. A bag drop will be available, and after the run, attendees can enjoy complimentary teas, coffees, and juices in the venue lobby.

Spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The event is free for those who sign up for a spot.
To join, runners must reserve their spot in advance and complete a signed activity waiver. Peloton also recommends checking the local weather forecast to select appropriate gear for the day.
Earlier this year, Peloton sponsored the Berlin Half Marathon and hosted a shakeout run in advance of the race, that one led by Jeffrey McEachern, Erik Jäger, and Susie Chan.
