First, Peloton is continuing their Mental Health Awareness Month content throughout this week, with numerous classes scheduled for the Bike, Tread, and Row; as well as on the mat for yoga, strength, and meditation. We recently shared that Kendall Toole is encouraging attendance to her 2024 Mental Health Awareness class and will personally donate $1 for every live rider to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). The class is scheduled for Wednesday, May 22 at 9:00pm ET and will be 30 minutes in length.

All new classes will be placed in the dedicated Mental Health Collection, which contains classes across multiple modalities dating back to 2021.

Next, Leanne Hainsby will host a special Body Appreciation Ride on Tuesday, May 21 at 1:30pm ET. Peloton first unveiled their Body Appreciation classes in September of 2023, and there is a curated collection including all classes that have aired so far. The classes focus on celebrating your body and everything it can do.

Peloton is also highlighting the next installment of Kirra Michel’s new series Creating Space. This is Kirra’s new yin yoga class series taking every Tuesday this May in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. Last week’s installment had a guest in Denis Morton, and this week will feature Kirsten Ferguson. The class will take place on Tuesday, May 21 at 6:30pm ET and will be 20 minutes in length.

Finally, these next few days are the last call for Peloton’s ongoing May Meditation Challenge. Though this challenge was first advertised as a special challenge for Mental Health Awareness Month in May, Peloton’s latest post indicates that the challenge will become a regular monthly challenge. Moreover, Peloton is adding yoga to this as well.

Peloton’s other existing monthly challenges include activity (days active on the Peloton platform), cycling, strength, and running. Moving forward, it appears members can expect regular challenges for meditation and yoga as well.
